• Invoice Unpaid Reminder: A reminder is sent 7 days before the due date.
• Due Date: Payment is expected by the due date specified on the invoice.
• First Overdue Reminder: Sent 1 day after the due date if payment has not been received.
• Second Overdue Reminder: Sent 3 days after the due date to escalate the urgency.
• Third (Final) Overdue Reminder: Sent 5 days after the due date, serving as the final notice before further action.
• Auto Cancellation: If payment is not received within 10 days following the due date, the service will be automatically cancelled.

This schedule is designed to ensure timely payments and uninterrupted service. We encourage all clients to adhere to this schedule to avoid service disruptions.
