PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for services must be made in accordance with the invoicing terms specified in each service agreement. The following outlines our invoice and payment reminder procedures:
•Invoice Generation: Invoices are generated 14 days before the due payment date, giving our clients ample time to prepare for payment.
•Invoice Unpaid Reminder: A reminder is sent 7 days before the due date, serving as an initial notification to clients to arrange for timely payment.
•Due Date for Invoice Payment: Payment is expected to be made by the due date specified on the invoice.
•First Overdue Reminder: Sent 1 day after the invoice due date, this reminder notifies clients that their payment has not been received and is now overdue.
•Second Overdue Reminder: Sent 3 days after the due date, this reminder escalates the urgency for settling the overdue invoice.
•Third (Final) Overdue Reminder: Sent 5 days after the due date, this is the final notice before further actions are taken. Clients are urged to settle their overdue invoices to avoid service interruption.
•Auto Cancellation: If payment is not received within 10 days following the due date, automatic cancellation of the service will occur. This measure is necessary to maintain the integrity of our services and operational viability.

•Invoice Generated: 14 days before the due date.
•Invoice Unpaid Reminder: 7 days before the due date.
•Due Date: Payment due.
•First Overdue Reminder: 1 day post-due date.
•Second Overdue Reminder: 3 days post-due date.

•Auto Cancellation: 10 days post-due date.
