IndustriesHosting Providers & Agencies

For hosting & agency teams

DevOps for hosting providers.Plesk, cPanel, and bare-metal.

Hosting providers live in a different infrastructure world: hundreds of client sites per server, predictable revenue per box, and one kernel CVE that can ruin a weekend. We operate the layer underneath - panel ops, server-level performance, and the response cycle when something on the upstream catches fire.

Where it usually hurts

The hosting-specific failure modes

01

Plesk and cPanel upgrades break things you cannot reproduce locally.

Staged upgrades on canary servers, full rollback runbook, change documentation per cluster. We have run these panels since they were younger versions.

02

One client site under DDoS or compromised, and the whole shared server is at risk.

Per-account isolation tuning, abuse detection at the panel level, and a triage runbook so support knows which lever to pull at 3am.

03

Kernel CVEs land every other week. Your panel vendor patches whenever they patch.

Independent kernel response cycle. We patch the underlying OS on a schedule that does not depend on the panel vendor's queue.

04

Margins are thin and AWS makes them thinner.

We run on Hetzner, OVH, Leaseweb, and dedicated providers daily. Bare-metal hosting is our home turf, not the new thing.

Estate visibility

The whole estate, one screen deep

Hosting estates fail one box at a time. The dashboard we run lets you see which one needs attention before a support ticket asks the question for you.

FAQ

Common hosting questions

Can you migrate us from Plesk to cPanel or vice versa?

Yes. Common case is consolidation onto one panel across the estate. We do a per-account audit, set up the target environment, migrate in batches with DNS pre-staging, and keep both sides live during the cutover window.

Do you support custom or in-house panels?

Case by case. If the panel is opinionated about what we can touch on the OS layer, we are usually the wrong fit. Plesk and cPanel are our daily; custom panels we evaluate first.

Bare-metal vs cloud for a hosting business?

Bare-metal usually wins on margin for hosting workloads at scale. Cloud is right for elastic spikes or specific compliance-driven workloads. We have the math both ways and tell you straight which makes sense for your traffic shape.

Reseller hosting - is that in scope?

We operate the server side; the reseller-aware billing and quota systems usually stay with you or your panel vendor. Panel-level abuse and performance is our work; customer-facing tooling is not.
