From EUR 2,400 a month, which covers 60 hours of senior DevOps engineering. A month with more hours costs more. A Custom package has no fixed hours or price, and both are agreed with you around your workload.
Any hands-on infrastructure work - server configuration, debugging, deployments, monitoring setup, documentation. Meetings and sync calls are included in your package, not billed separately.
No. The Retainer's hours are a monthly block, and what you do not use in a month is not carried into the next one. If your workload stays well below or above 60 hours, a Custom package can be sized to it from the next month.
On the Retainer, within 2 hours for critical issues and the same business day for everything else. On a Custom package, response times are agreed up front as part of the scope.
